SHIPMENT TRACKING
If you would like to know where your order is in transit, please send us an
e-mail with your name, customer number and order number and we will send you
the UPS tracking number. Visit the UPS website
to check on your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your invoice is mailed separately from your order. Any item that Racer Wholesale
sells can be returned or exchanged up to 45 days from the date of shipment.
All returns and exchanges require an RMA number. You can call
our toll-free customer service number to request an RMA number. Item has to
be returned in new condition with all original packaging. If an item is returned
past the 45-day grace period or without original packaging, a restocking charge
of up to 25% can be charged. Any item that has been used, is not returnable.
Any item that has been damaged in shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

P.O. BOXES
UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes so we cannot get items to you without a street
address. This includes military bases that ship to an APO address. We ship via
UPS only. Please do not request other shipping methods.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via UPS only. Please do not request other shipping methods.
Customers are responsible for all taxes and/or duties once the order reaches
their country. Please contact your local UPS office for these charges. Please
note that international shipping is expensive and we will provide a shipping
cost for your approval and verify your address before we send any order out.
